Product Specification

A wire sealing cap that delivers environmental protection at the cable entry point of an occupied connector cavity. Its two-component (2K) construction pairs a VMQ sealing element with a PBT-GF30 rigid plastic component, combining effective sealing performance with enhanced cable support. The integrated rigid element reinforces strain relief and cable retention, particularly suited to larger wire cross-sections.

Designed for a nominal cavity hole diameter of 25.2 mm, it accepts cable insulation diameters from 14 mm to 14.4 mm.

Validated with FLR2G 70 mm² cable.
