Product Specification

A wire sealing cap that provides environmental protection at the cable entry point of an occupied connector cavity. Its two-component (2K) design combines effective sealing performance with enhanced cable support. The integrated rigid plastic element reinforces strain relief and cable retention, particularly for larger wire cross-sections.

Constructed from VMQ and PBT-GF30, it is sized for a nominal cavity hole diameter of 22.3 mm and accepts cable insulation diameters from 11.8 mm to 12.2 mm.

Validated with FLR2G 50 mm² cable.
