High-quality engineering stamping components from Lear Connection Systems. Applied within BDU(Battery Disconnected Unit) pack, a component of the Cell Pack connection system for EV. Provides a high-electrical performance with extended high mechanical advantage. 
Lear’s creative tooling and die design allow the manufacturing of complex shapes  for various applications and other needs.  
  • Different material selections for various connection requirements, most parts use aluminum alloy, and few parts apply copper material alloy 
  • Integrated press-in bolts, nuts, or  customized fasteners
  • Low pressure insert-molding capability, outstanding power transmission, used within BDU for EV
  • Creative capability to produce complex stamping products, as well as CNC bending products
  • Aluminum application effectively reduces the entire BDU’s cost and weight  
  • Physical press-in process that integrates Lear's customized fasteners provide an easy screw process
